What can I expect from HAUM Space?
We believe that yoga is accessible to everyone. We aim to foster a friendly, relaxed, and professional atmosphere where every student feels at ease. Our team is here to help and answer any questions you may have about your practice, so feel free to reach out!
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No. We offer complimentary, high-quality Divine Goddess Mats in our studios. These mats are made from natural tree rubber and a top layer of polyurethane, ensuring they contain no harmful substances such as PVC, adhesives, chemicals, or latex.
Do you have amenities at the studio?
Our studio has two bathrooms and one shower with all-natural body products. Bring along a towel.
What do I need to know to prepare for my class?
Please avoid eating one to two hours before the start of class.
Dress in comfortable clothing. Remember to bring a water bottle; we don't sell bottled water, but filtered water is available. You may sweat during the class, so please bring along a towel
What is the HAUM Space Studio etiquette?
You must check in with a team member before class. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Late admittance may not be possible and will only be granted up to 5 minutes after the class starts time. If you arrive on or after the class start time, we may allocate your place to another student, even if you have a booking.
No personal belongings on the yoga floor other than water and a towel.
No phones are allowed in the studio. Upon entering the studio, please put your phone on silent and store it in the rack provided. Please observe silence while in the yoga studio.
Listen carefully to and follow the teacher's instructions. Please commit to staying in the studio for the entire class. Take Child's Pose or lie down and chill if you need a break.
What if I have an injury or feel unwell?
If you have an injury, please obtain clearance from your doctor before attending our classes. Inform the teacher about any injuries before the start of the class. Pay attention to what your body tells you and adjust your movements accordingly.
Please do not practice if you have a cold or flu, as this may put you and others at risk. Stay home and rest, and remember to cancel any class bookings. We cannot restore credits or waive late cancellations or no-show charges for cancellations due to illness.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! You'll find a button in the HAUM Space app that says "Refer & Earn." Share this link with your friends; they'll receive one free class credit when they create an account. Once the student you referred spends $100 at HAUM Space, you'll earn a free class credit in your account. There is no limit to how many times you can share your link or how many free class credits you can receive. Smiles all around!
Steps to Refer a Friend in the HAUM Space App:
Open the HAUM Space App: Launch the app on your device.
Find the "Refer & Earn" Button: Look for the button labelled "Refer & Earn."
Share Your Referral Link: Click the button for your unique referral link. Share this link with your friends.
Friends Create Accounts: When your friends use the link and create an account, they will receive one free class credit.
Wait for Their Purchases: For you to earn a free class credit, the referred friend needs to spend $100 at HAUM Space.
Earn Your Free Class Credit: After your referred friend reaches the $100 spending threshold, you will earn one free class credit in your account.
Repeat as Desired: You can share your link an unlimited number of times and continue to earn free class credits.
New To Yoga?
I've never practised yoga before. Is that okay?
Definitely! Please inform the instructor that you are new to yoga, and remember to practice at your own pace.
How often should I practise?
Feel free to practice as much as you wish, but always pay attention to your body's signals. While some dedicated practitioners engage in yoga 5-6 times a week, they adjust the intensity based on how their body feels each day. Taking the time to slow down and heed your body’s intuition is essential to the yoga experience. Practising 2-3 times a week can be highly beneficial if you're also participating in other sports.
Can I practise yoga when I am pregnant?
Always consult your doctor beforehand to ensure that practising is safe for you. Avoid twists and modify poses as needed.
When is it safe to return to yoga after giving birth?
Although returning to exercise 12 weeks postpartum is generally considered safe, we advise consulting your healthcare provider for abdominal and pelvic floor muscle assessments before rejoining regular classes.

Class Cancellations
What is your class cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has an equal and fair chance to practise.
If you can no longer attend a class, please consider fellow students and cancel your booking as soon as possible. We understand that things come up, so cancellations made up to 4 hours before the class start time won’t incur a penalty. The class will be automatically added back to your pack (if applicable).
Booking cancellations must be made via our app and website. We can’t accept phone, email, or social media cancellations.
Students using an Intro Offer, Drop-In, or Class Pack who book a class and cancel less than 4 hours before class start time will forfeit their class. Students using an Intro Offer, Drop-In, or Class Pack who book a class and fail to attend will forfeit their class.
Students on unlimited memberships who book a class and cancel less than 4 hours before the class start time will incur a $15 late cancellation charge. All members will receive one waived late cancel charge per 30-day period. Students on unlimited memberships who book a class and fail to attend will incur a $15 no-show charge.
How do class waitlists work?
If a class reaches total capacity, you can register on the online waitlist in the order applications are received. Should a spot open up within 5 hours before the class starts, you will be automatically added, and we will send you a text to let you know that you have been successfully enrolled. You do no need to confirm your attendance; we will assume you will be there. Please keep in mind our cancellation policy, which is in effect for 4 hours, so it’s crucial to cancel if you can’t attend and to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid any penalties.
Our waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis five hours before a class starts. If a spot becomes available, our system will send an SMS to everyone still on the waitlist. The first individual to respond to the SMS claiming the available spot will be enrolled in the class. If it is not claimed, this spot will be reserved for those on the waitlist for 30 minutes before it is released to the general public.
You are also welcome to visit the studio to try to secure a last-minute spot just before the class begins. However, please note that your online waitlist position will no longer be valid, and the studio will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is your events and workshop ticket policy?
All ticket purchases to events are final and non-refundable. HAUM Space does not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. You will forfeit your ticket if you do not attend a booked event. Tickets for events may be transferred to a friend by contacting us via phone or email with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, as late entry will not be permitted.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by providing two week's notice before your next billing date here.
Please review our terms before you submit your request.
How do I pause my membership?
You can pause your membership at any time for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks. A membership's total allowable pause time in a calendar year is 12 weeks. To request a membership pause, please submit your request here with at least two week's notice.
Can I pause an Intro Offer or Class Pack?
Regrettably, these packs receive significant subsidies and are intended for use within a set timeframe; they cannot be paused or prolonged. Only our memberships have the option to be paused.
Can I extend an Intro Offer or Class Pack?
Per our terms and conditions, we do not provide extensions on introductory offers or class packages for reasons such as change of mind, injury, illness, relocation, or any other circumstances, including failing to use all classes prior to the package's expiration.
Gift Cards
How do I purchase a gift card?
We offer two great gift card options for your friends:
Monetary Gift Card:
Purchase a gift card for any amount (minimum $30) that can be used for any classes or events. The recipient will receive an email with your custom message and instructions on how to redeem their gift. You can also schedule the email to be sent at your convenience.
Class Packs or Memberships:
You can gift one of our class packs or memberships directly. The gift will be automatically added to the recipient's account, and if they don’t have an account, one will be created.

How do I redeem a gift card?
Steps to Redeem a Monetary Gift Card or Class Gift
Sign Up for an Account (If New): If you have never practised with us and do not have an existing account, you must sign up for one here
Use the app or web browser to browse and sign up for your desired class or classes.
Once you have selected your classes, proceed to the checkout page.
Enter Voucher Code: In the ‘promo code’ box at checkout, enter the voucher code sent to you via email. The amount will be deducted from your gift card balance.
The same voucher code can be used multiple times until all the value is consumed.
Pay for Remaining Balance (If Applicable)
If there is still a remaining balance after applying for the gift card, the app will prompt you to pay the remaining amount using a credit/debit card.
Access Gifted Classes
If you received a class or class pack as a gift, it will be automatically added to your account. When logged in, you will see it as a payment option at checkout in your app or browser.

If you encounter any issues redeeming your gift card or class, please email or call us for assistance.
How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards can be redeemed within three years from the date of purchase. Gifted class packs or memberships are automatically activated on the purchase date and have different expiration periods. If you'd like to delay the activation of your gifted class pack or membership, please email us to make arrangements.
Account
How do I change the credit card details I have on file?
To add or update a card, go to the ‘Account' screen from our app’s Home screen, select ‘Payment methods,’ and then ‘Add a new card.’
Alternatively, you can update these details with us in the studio by calling or signing in to your account here.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, please select ‘Forgot Password?’ on our app's ‘Log In’ screen. If you still need help, please call the studio or visit one of our team at reception, and we'll send you an email that prompts you to create a new password.

What do I need?
You only need a yoga mat or any flat surface with some grip. While some of our classes use props like blocks or straps, we always provide alternatives if you don’t have them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Settings” under your profile.
What if I am in a different timezone?
All classes are pre-recorded, allowing you to practice whenever you want! Each Sunday, we add 4 to 6 brand new classes for you to enjoy throughout the week. These classes then join our on-demand library for your future practice.
What if I can’t log on?
