GENERAL

  • Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be permitted, and your spot may be given to another student.

  • Entry may be refused for misconduct, intoxication, health concerns, or non-compliance.

  • HAUM Space is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Students must be 14+ to attend classes.

  • Participation is at your own risk; inform staff of any medical conditions, including pregnancy.

  • HAUM Space may deny participation if safety is a concern.

  • Hands-on adjustments are offered with consent and may be declined at any time.

BOOKINGS & WAITLIST

  • Classes must be booked via the HAUM Space app, website, or at the front desk in-studio.

  • Payment is required at booking.

  • Waitlisted students may be auto-enrolled up to 30 min before class. Last-minute openings go to the first respondent.

  • By booking a class or event, you agree to these terms and conditions.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has an equal and fair chance to practise.

  • Cancel at least 1 hour before class to avoid penalties.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeited class credits.

WORKSHOPS & EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All event tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early; late entry is not allowed.

PRICING

  • All sales are final; no refunds.

  • Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.

SPECIAL OFFERS

  • Travellers Weekly: Valid 7 days, non-extendable.

  • Locals Intro Offer: Valid 14 days, new students only, non-extendable, one time offer.

CLASS PACKS & DROP IN

  • Single classes expire in 14 days; 10-class packs in 3 months.

  • Packs are non-transferable and cannot be used for workshops/events.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Can be paused (2-6 weeks, max 12 weeks per year) with 2 weeks' notice.

  • Cancel with 2 weeks' written notice before billing.

  • Late cancellation policies apply; sharing memberships is not allowed.

  • Auto-renew memberships require consistent payments; failed payments may result in cancellation.

  • Upfront memberships do not auto-renew but can be paused.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards are not transferable.

PAYMENT

  • The terms and conditions of HAUM Space’s third-party biller Stripe can be found here.

  • Processed via a third-party provider; additional bank fees may apply.
