Whether you're looking to become a teacher or simply feel called to go deeper, this training is an invitation to immerse yourself in the teachings of yoga while aligning more fully with your values, voice, and purpose. This online, self-paced journey creates space for growth, supported by live, teacher-led calls with your training community—while encouraging you to live the practice in every aspect of your life.

This program is a flexible online, self-paced pathway designed to be completed in as little as 3 months or take up to 12 months, with the option to extend up to 2 years if needed.

Daily practice

As part of your training journey, you’ll receive daily vinyasa, pranayama and mediation practices. Through this dedicated daily practice, you’ll grow as a practiioner, student and as a teacher.

Comprehensive Training

We know online learning can feel overwhelming, so we’ve made the training videos fun and digestible. To support your learning and integration, you’ll also receive a comprehensive manual and helpful prompts to reflect on your growth.

Live coaching calls

With live calls with Tahl and guest teachers, you and your cohort will be connected every 2-weeks. These calls are a great opportunity to ask questions, learn from one another and move forward, together.

Tahl teaches an annual schedule spanning Australia and Europe. She hosts teacher trainings, yoga classes, and retreats globally.

As an ambassador and teacher for Centr, she fuses her background in Ashtanga and Vinyasa to create dynamic practices for Centr’s global audience.

Irene Ais (she/her) is a Naarm based facilitator, educator and clinician who is passionate about supporting people to embody their unique and whole selves.

Irene has 15 years of experience sharing Tantra, Hatha Yoga, Integrative Physiotherapy and Mental Health education, which has established her as a leader in holistic care and a bridge between mind-body science and the wisdom traditions.

Irene’s is known for crafting layered experiences, exploring how we move, breathe, think and feel down to the subtest parts of who we are. She has worked with thousands of students and teachers around the world as a facilitator, educator and mentor.

Irene is the founder of The Bridge Yoga School, co-host of The Bridge Podcast and co-founder of the Limbr Collective.
